When will my order ship?
We ship within 3-5 business days after an order is placed. When your item has been packed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing tracking information at the address you provided at the time of checkout.

Are your shirts DTG?
No way! Our shirts are high quality screen prints which will last indefinitely. Our inks are not prone to cracking and peeling. We put quality first on every product we create because we believe in putting out the best possible product.

How do your shirts fit?
Our shirts are on a standard size premium heavyweight blank. We suggest ordering true to size but if in doubt, please check out our SIZE CHART.

Can I exchange my order?
Yes, you may exchange any items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Please note that shipping label cost will be deducted from returns and you will be responsible for return shipping
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase and experience so If you have questions or concerns feel free to contact us before making your purchase. Please see our return policy below:
• All returns of exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date the order was placed, not the date the order was received.
• All returns are for store credit only. We are a small business and the Amazon return culture is not a good thing for small businesses. Please reach out before ordering with any questions on our items.
• All sale items are FINAL. NO returns or exchanges on sale items.
• Exchanges may be made on unworn and unwashed items only. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the date the order was placed. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways on exchanges.
• For The city reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange based on the condition of the item.
• If an item is returned in a condition that we cannot sell, we will send an invoice to ship the item back to the customer. Understand that we are a small business and every single item counts. We cannot offer free shipping back in the case of unreturnable merchandise.
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns and exchanges. Please understand that we are a small business and these expenses add up for us. If you have any sizing or blending concerns, please reach out before ordering. We are happy to help you make informed decisions on your purchases.
• No price adjustments for previously purchase items
• In the case of a return, a store credit code will be e-mailed to you that can be used in person (at a pop up or event) or online. Reminder that shipping costs paid are deducted from the credit. Please allow up to 5 business days for For The City to process your return after receipt.

LOST PACKAGES
For The City is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit. Once we hand the package off to USPS, the package is out of our control. If you would like to purchase route protection, you may do so upon request. If you do not ask to purchase route protection, we are not responsible for a lost package. In the event that a package says delivered and you did not receive it, we suggest that you first check and make sure the shipping address you provided is correct, check with your neighbors and check with your local mail carrier. If you are still unable to find your package you may submit a claim with the USPS at this link: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
